Primal Blueprint 30 day challange

I just started on Mark Sisson's Primal Blueprint 30 day challenge a few days ago. After a few days of trying to stay on track I decided that the best way to keep myself motivated and "in check" is to publicly write about my progress and document what I am eating, and share my results.
